Yea! Hurray! For Uncle Thad and his connection to a L I F T! So,Finally yesterday fate turned in our direction …Lights were hung on rod beams in the ceiling of the Chautauqua…
Uncle Thad …hard at working that Lift…WHEW!!! Bless his heart,he worked hard…
And while that work was going on,with grandpa Charlie, giving instructions from the ground floor,to Uncle Thad…there has to be a straw Boss in every group…(HaHa) Work carried on, on the Stage…you can see a piece of it in the left bottom of the pic…but trouble might be lurking stage LEFT!
OK,just a few switches thrown to see which switch turned on which lights…so many Stage Lights to figure out…You see the Ruffle Ball(center)? Poof Ball might be a better name for it,there are two more like it…anyway,it is said,a few of the POOF Balls, might have been to close to the Stage floor lights???? But, all turned out alright Grandma Me,was there to smell something like toasted marshmallows in the air. Yikes!
Okay, now a few more pics of what we are doing on the Stage…
Casey’s Dad(Tadd),was the Ladder Man for hanging the Chandeliers and her Grandpa George was Ladder Man for hanging the smaller Poof Balls …after Grandma Me had told which ones where and what height…remember there has to be one in every group( HaHa) the doors were set up as back drop…this place is huge!
more to follow…until next time…
